Your right to confirmation

You have the right to request confirmation from us as to whether we process your personal data.

You have the right to receive information free of charge about which personal data we store about you. You can also get a copy of this data. In particular, this right to information also includes information about

Your right to rectification

You have the right to request the immediate correction of incorrect personal data concerning you. Furthermore, you have the right to request the completion of incomplete personal data - also by means of a supplementary declaration - taking into account the purposes of the processing.

Your right to be forgotten

You have the right to request that the personal data concerning you be deleted immediately if one of the following reasons applies and if processing is not necessary

You withdraw your consent on which our processing is based and there is no other legal basis for the processing

Your right to restrict processing

You have the right to request that we restrict processing if one of the following conditions applies

Your right to portability

You also have the right to transfer this data to another controller without hindrance on our part, provided that the processing is based on consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 Letter a GDPR or Art. 9 Para. 2 Letter a GDPR or is based on a contract in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 Letter b GDPR and the processing is carried out using automated processes, unless the processing is necessary for the performance of a task that is in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority that is in accordance with the Responsible person was transferred.
