Your data protection rights as a data subject

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you can assert a number of rights against us. Here you can find out how you can use these rights.

Your right to confirmation

You have the right to request confirmation from us as to whether we process your personal data.

Your right to information

You have the right to receive information free of charge about which personal data we store about you. You can also get a copy of this data. In particular, this right to information also includes information about

  •     the processing purposes
  •     the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data has been or will be disclosed, in particular for recipients in third countries or with international organizations
  •     if possible, the planned duration for which the personal data will be stored or, if this is not possible, the criteria for determining this duration
  •     if we did not receive the data from you: All available information about the origin of the data

You also have the right to know whether we have transferred your personal data to a third country or an international organization and, if necessary, to receive suitable guarantees in connection with this transfer.

As a responsible company, we do not use automatic decision-making or profiling.

Your right to rectification

You have the right to request the immediate correction of incorrect personal data concerning you. Furthermore, you have the right to request the completion of incomplete personal data - also by means of a supplementary declaration - taking into account the purposes of the processing.

Your right to be forgotten

You have the right to request that the personal data concerning you be deleted immediately if one of the following reasons applies and if processing is not necessary

  •     The personal data were collected for such purposes or processed in any other way for which they are no longer necessary.
  •     You withdraw your consent on which our processing is based and there is no other legal basis for the processing
  •     You object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate reasons for the processing.
  •     Your data has been processed unlawfully
  •     The deletion of your data is required by law

Your right to restrict processing

You have the right to request that we restrict processing if one of the following conditions applies

  •     You contest the accuracy of the personal data for a period of time that enables us to verify the accuracy of the personal data.
  •     The processing is unlawful, you refuse to delete the personal data and instead request that the use of the personal data be restricted.
  •     We no longer need the personal data for the purposes of processing, but you need the data to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.
  •     You have objected to the processing and it is not yet certain whether our legitimate reasons outweigh yours.

Your right to portability

You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to us, in a structured, common and machine-readable format. You also have the right to transfer this data to another controller without hindrance on our part, provided that the processing is based on consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 Letter a GDPR or Art. 9 Para. 2 Letter a GDPR or is based on a contract in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 Letter b GDPR and the processing is carried out using automated processes, unless the processing is necessary for the performance of a task that is in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority that is in accordance with the Responsible person was transferred.
