New JOOMLA plugin - check for pwned password was created by Rüdiger Schultz
Dear jDBexport users,

we are happy to inform you about our latest JOOMLA! extension development.

As you probably know, you can verify whether your email address and/or password has been compromised in previously published data leaks (such as the Adobe, MySpace, LinkedIn and many other known breaches), by using the Have I been pwned website . This site currently provides checks for about 4 billion breached user accounts from 228 breaches.

Today we release our JOOMLA! plugin "Password pwned", which uses the respective webservice to check user provided passwords (during registration or password change!) for such breaches. If a user enters a password that is found in those breaches, the user is informed about it (and the webmaster can decide, whether such passwords should be allowed on his website).

To see the plugin live in action, you can visit our respective demo website: demo.schultz.ch/pwned/

To get the plugin, please login to our website and visit:
it-solutions.schultz.ch/index.php/en/have-i-been-pwned

The subscription is a ONE TIME payment of EUR 10,00 (plus VAT, if applicable), and will NEVER EXPIRE!

We are sure this is a best-value offer for our customers, and we look forward to hear your feedback on this new plugin.

Kind regards
